If you have been reading the Current News on the main page, you will know that Ford is offering new test drives of their yet to be released 2015 F-150. Tomorrow (Oct 17) at noon, I signed up to have the opportunity to test drive one of the new F-150s. So, check it out. Go to www.f150drive.com and see if there is a event near you. I am going to check it out and see if I can smoke the tires!!!

The test drive was very interesting. First it was done outside of the Ford Dealer network, so no dealer was involved. Second, they have turned the 2015 Ford F-150 into what a Lincoln F-150 would be like. It was quiet, road like a luxury vehicle, and had gauges for just about anything you could think of. The best was the 360 degree rear camera. The one that I drove had over 5600 miles on it and did not show it. The one thing that they would not tell you though, was how much it was going to cost. They even let you put it to the floor on the highway acceleration. And you get a nice souvenir for participating in the drive.
