Again on the subject of the 51, what appears to be a heater mounted under the dash has a chrome band, and the words MagicAire. Can we assume this is indeed the heater. We are going by strictly by photos and are not familiar with the year.

Magic Air was the Ford name for heaters beginning in 1949.

The book on 49-51 Ford offered by the club is an excellent resource for questions like this and the horn placement, etc. I have the 52-54 reference book and it is indespensible
