Does anyone have the measurements for placement of the snaps on rear tack strip for the boot cover maybe. Starting from center and working o each side on a 48 convertible, Thanks, Rick

Rick: It is easier to show you, than explain. I am attaching a photo of the top boot from my '47. The top was installed by the best auto shop in the midwest. I've been around for a long time, but I wouldn't attempt to install a convertible top myself, even after seeing the pros do it. If you have any questions, you can send me a PM.

On my '48 convertible, there are seven snaps on the tack strip. Starting from the center snap they are spaced out 9 1/2" center to center.
