  Does anyone have a picture of how the front brake line goes across the front crossmember? Or if someone could explain how? Thanks

  The brake line goes along the top of the frame to the front cross member and then it curves down so it will ride in the ledge on the back of the cross member. If you look closely, you should see the bolt holes for the clips that hold the line.

  Here's a photo of a properly installed line on a 39 Ford. Hope it is helpful...
