Does anyone know a source for the 1935 Locking Hubcap Lock Cylinder screw ? It has a six sided 5/16" head on the screw which I understand is supposed to break off when it is tightened leaving a rounded ball. To remove the screw then requires filing two straight sides on it so a wrench / crescent wrech / vise etc can be used. See attached picture. Screw is center of back.
