Does anyone know if the top header bow - the one in front that attaches to the windshield - is the same for the convertible sedan and the cabriolet for a 35? Thanks for any info.

The wooden header and metal cover pan is the same for cabriolet and convertible sedans 1935 and 1936. The brackets that atach to the top irons are different though. Don Rogers

Thanks Don. I reused my original header and it has a bit of a warp so it doesn't fit tightly to the body. I had seen a listing for a new 35 Cabriolet header, but no one listed a conv. sedan header for sale. hence my question.

Header bows are not hard to find, but every one I've used has had to be fitted to work properly.

Brad Brown makes both an early 35 style and a later style header for the 35 Cabriolet. I find his wood to fit very well. 360-378-3886, 1528 San Juan Dr. Friday Harbor, WA 98250 You may want to talk to him.
