I picked up a set of replacement pads for my '37 truck from C&G. I changed out the clutch pad okay. However when attempting to change the brake pedal pad, I noticed a someone had welded on a different sized piece to the brake arm bottom. The hole diameter is a smaller thread than stock, however the pedal is the same size/shape on top. Any clues as to what years used the smaller sized threaded attachment? Hmmmmm.....

As the hole is smaller than the stud on the pad, drill out the hole and thread it for the new pad.

Perhaps as a last resort. But if there is one that has the smaller thread it's an easy swap.
