I have some Champion #7 one piece plugs with the electrode pretty well worn ,can these plugs be restored or are they only junk? thanks

early fords used a Champion 7 they are three piece plugs and can be taken apart, there is also a brass cap topping off the plug just under the threads for the nut that attaches the plug wire. If your Champion plugs match this description, keep them, or sell. If they are one piece or do not have the brass cap, then they appear to be trash worthy.
