Will the newer style 1937 waterpumps (dual function as motor mount and waterpump) fit a 34 frame without alteration? Thanks.

You will need a pair of spacers that go between the mount and pump flange. Others may suggest a source.

Brian is correct about the spacers. You can get them from Speedway Motors.

I used the motor mounts out of a '55 Chevy when I put a 59AB in my '34 3 Window by in 1965.

Horizontal should match up. If they are off a little you make adjustments by making the holes in the spacers oblong. This message was edited by trjford8 on 4-30-11 @ 8:34 AM
