I am recreating an early 50s hot rod with my 47 coupe. It has a very hopped up flathead. I need to put a new headliner in. I can choose the cloth or vinyl. I know the cloth is period correct but what would you choose and where do you recommend buying it at?

The headliner material should match what you will be using on the seats. Cloth on the seats cloth for a headliner. You can contact Classic Auto Parts in Oklahoma City or Acme Headliners in Los Angeles. Both will have headliners for your car.
