My current aluminum running boards are trash and I cannot find any to replace them. Has anyone out there swapped their aluminum boards with steel boards with rubber covers? What kind of obstacles did you have to overcome? Thanks in advance for the replies.

James, Give Mark Kicsak a call at 607-729-1693. He may have a set of the aluminum running boards. I would think they would interchange. You may have to elongate holes but that can happen anyway, fitting things. The "green bible" indicates 21A-16450-A and 21A-16451-A which are steel were the service parts in November of 1950.
