I purchase an item which does not fit. got a RMA number from them and FedEx picked it up three weeks ago. Every time I talked to Ecklers about a refund they put me on hold and then hang up. I guess it's money gone

Yes, many years ago I returned a car cover to Ecklers that wouldn't fit my car. As I remember, it took a long time to get the refund but it did eventually arrive.

If you charged it, file a complaint with the charge card company NOW! The card company will go to bat for you. If Ecklers chooses to ignore them, the card company will reimburse you. Yiyu have but a small window of opportunity to file so don't wait. Mike "Kube" Kubarth
