I just purchased early Ford titled as a 34 Vicky. Project car that sat in a shed for 20 years. The serial # stamped on the frame is “ C18H2032 “. From what I have read this is not correct fora passenger car. Does anyone have any ideas?

The C18 prefix would likely mean that your chassis was produced by Ford of Canada. According to the data table on Regional Group 3's website, C18H indicates a Canadian 1933 Ford built some time after March 1933. Welcome to the Early Ford V8 Club Of America.
