I have a 32 shoe that is dragging and have never adjusted mechanical brakes...is there a good tutorial? Thanks

thanks, that looks good...do the shoe adjusters actually make that clunk noise as you rotate the square rod?

There should/may be some sound in addition to the "feel" as each segment of the adjuster is passed.
