A good source to try is Hydro-E-Lectric. Their phone is 941-639-0376. www.hydroe.com They are a reliable source of convertible parts. If they don't have what you need, they may know where to look. Of all types of cars, convertibles are the most difficult to restore. The were usually limited in production numbers, and most ended up in salvage yards because the tops would deteriorate, and the mechanism was subjected to the weather. My '47 Ford ragtop took me years to restore, and we had to make some of the missing pieces in our machine shop when we exhausted all efforts to fine any, let alone in usable condition.

Daryl: I have a pair of used top irons that you need. They are rusty, but are not bent. The photos are of the left side, the other is in the same condition. Give me a call in Detroit on 586-677-4790 if you what to discuss them. Bill Large
