Do you have the "tip out" style windows or the fixed in place windows?

Brownie. This link is for VanPelt Sales, tech info, and possibly has the instructions you are looking for on page 8 and 9. http://www.vanpeltsales.com/FH_web/flathead_glassinstall-40-46_pg1.htm

As a general rule the garnish moldings need to come out with the windows. On the rear side windows the rubber seal attaches to the molding first and then the window and molding is installed in the body. You will need a plastic flat bladed tool to depress the outer edge of the seal to get it back in the body opening. You may also be able to use a small diameter rope on the backside of the seal to "rope it in" the opening. As for the windwings you will also have the remove the garnish moldings as a complete assembly. Remove the glass and frame from the garnish and then install the rubber in the garnish and reinstall the windwing frame and glass.
