I'm new with these vintage cars, I have no keys for anything for the car, the trunk has been poorly adjusted as long as I have had it, I put in new trunk seal and then adjusted the strike plate, the handle turns about 1/8 turn and moves the bolt a little, it was adjusted so that was enough to open it, I adjusted the strike plate and closed the trunk, got the trunk lid lined up almost perfect, but can't open the trunk now. SUPER dumb rookie question.......do I need the key get the handle to move the bolt far enough to open the trunk??? I don't have a spare in the trunk so I think I can use a screwdriver socket on a bunch of extensions to open it but then what do I do?
