The '39 DeLuxe employed a smallish circuit breaker, without air holes as did the later and larger circuit breakers. It is located on a fiber fuse block next to the ignition resistor, directly above the steering column inside the dash panel. It is a bit awkward to get to, but not inaccessible. The '39 Standard Ford still used a 20 amp fuse mounted on a slightly smaller fuse block in the same location. Alan

Note that the epay item shown in MG's post is not correct for a '39 Ford. The correct part number is 91A-12250. Alan
