If I install a new carborater what do I connect the vacuum line to. The old carborater had a small copper line into the float chamber. See picture

Hello: What your showing is the fuel pick up for a Stewart Warner gas heater. If you do not have the heater in the car I suggest you delete the hardware on the Carb. If you need the pick up and want to use it then a small hole will need to be drilled into the top of the next Carb at the same location or better yet change the top from Carb to Carb. The Carb was made by either Holley, Ford or Chandler Grove. It is considered a 94, you will also find markings on the Carb. such as 91-99 which are the model number of the Carb.

As 40coupe said, the carb you have is a model 94, which is correct for your car if it is a 91-99, or a Chandler Grove. Stromberg is not correct. The windshield wiper vacuum tube has a fitting on the driver side rear base of the intake manifold. Another fitting near the front is for the vacuum brake on your helmet distributor. Alan
