In looking under my dash i noticed a knurled knob on side of my radio marked antenna What is the purpose of this knob? thanks Bob

The purpose of this knob is to allow you to tune your antenna for the best signal reception. As I recall, you set the radio station to 1400 on the dail with the antenna fully extended and then tune the antenna for the best reception.
