Hello. I have a Tudor sedan. I have 5 headliner bows. Were they different lengths?? And where would the sides of the headliner attach to?? Thank You.

Hello, I can't tell you the exact lengths, but each of the headliner bow strips has a different part number (78-705024, 78-705025, 78-705026, 78-705027, 78-705028). The sides of the headliner are fastened to a headlining retaining strip (R. H. = 78-705082, L.H. = 78-705083).

The bows fit into holes on the sides of the roof. Not real sure about a '37. but as you get near the rear window there is usually some small short curved bows that fit into the corners. Usually the center bow snaps into a "keeper" near the dome light to stabilize the headliner as you pull on it to get it tight.

I have 6-Bows, looking for correct description of my model to find a replacement headliner. 1935 Model 48. it has four doors. Three windows each side and a front and rear window. Some call a "Closed Car". What or how do I describe the car for correct headliner?

  Howie1935,

Your car is a Fordor Sedan using Ford's terminology.

This thread is about a Tudor Sedan.
