I installed a new horn wire yesterday because .the old one broke. I threaded it up thr0ugh the tube in the steering box. I don't think that tube it goes through in the steering box needs to be sealed at the bottom to keep the oil in the steering box from leaking out; I'm thinking it was either a tight fit from the factory, or sealed when the car was built. Am I correct in my thinking?? P.S. I have that real thick "PENRITE" "no leak oil in the steering box. Regards, Steve Lee This message was edited by sarahcecelia on 5-24-21 @ 4:46 PM

Steve; no need to seal where the wire comes from the steering box, good luck!
