On page 31 of the latest printing of the Club's 1935-1936 Ford Book says that on Deluxe 1936 Fords the wheel color was the same as the body color. All Standard model vehicles had black wheels. Hope this helps.

They look like 35 wheels to me. I gave the 35-36 book to the new owner when I sold my 36 Fordoor 5 years ago. TIM CARLIG

Maybe not an original option, but I like the contrast it adds. My car has the matching Tacoma Cream pinstripe which ties it together.
