Does anyone know of a good repair service for the horns on this car?

Not sure what horns for a '37 look like, but I took a shot at repairing the ones on my '46 Coupe. I checked for resistance with a multimeter, and it showed an open circuit on both horns. I removed the covers, and more checking showed that the contacts were not completing the circuit. I cleaned the contacts with 1000 grit sand paper, applied 6V and they worked.
