Like I have mentioned before -- your Temporary Internet File (history) could be full. This happens if you have been on and using the internet for a long time. That will stop you from connecting. It is a quick thing to fix. Sign onto your Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer etc). Look over to the top right -- you are looking for the 3 vertical dots. Click on them. A menu comes down -- click on More Tools or History (this is different from browser to browser). You are looking for Clear Browsing Data or Clear History. Click on whichever one you see. Click on the one that will clear you items. It may take a few minutes to clear. And yes, you should clear your Cookies also. BUT--by doing this you will have to re-connect to all your sites that you entered your UserID and password for and then click on Remember Me. While you should not have to do the clearing of Internet Files all the time, after a while it does fill up and will keep you from logging into sites you frequently use. If this does not help, then it maybe you internet connection as stated in the previous threads that MG showed. Web Administrator
