If you are changing the seals you need to remove the garnish molding from the car. In order to install the seal you need to remove the windwing. A rivet needs to be drilled out of the upper hinge and the spring and nut need to be remoced from the stud on the bottom of the windwing frame. Be aware how it comes apart on the bottom as there is a special washer there that keeps the windwing from opening to far. Once out you can replace the gasket and put things back together. At the upper pivot point you can re rivet the hinge back together or replace it with a small screw and lock nut.
