Not exactly sure what you mean by Crank Pulley Key but if you are referring to the key which fits on the front of the crankshaft that retains the crank timing gear in place, it is part number 74153-S. This is a 1" x 1/4" Woodruff Key. If you can't find one locally, you can order one from www.yesteryearfordparts.com. They list it as a Crankshaft Woodruff Key under P.N. HD-74153-S for $1.30. It is identified as fitting 1938 to 1948 24 stud engines.

Pickey-pickey and TMI, I realize my trolls will say, but your topic is crank pulley but in your text it is fan pulley. ???

  HI
I am almost certain that the 1939 1940 1941
V8'S the FAN was mounted on the Crankshaft,
so are one and the same
my 2 cents 1937Ragtopman
