My 32 Ford 5W coupe (made in Canada, like myself) has 2 windshield wipers which seems to be quite rare. I have searched for some rationale, like Standard and Deluxe, Options etc. and have not found mention of which 32's came with 2 wipers, rather than 1. My car has features considered to be Deluxe like cowl lamps, chrome windshield frame and I understand from what I read that these things could be ordered as options on a Standard vehicle and wonder if the second wiper was also offered as an option or on which vehicles the 2nd wiper would appear? The wiper motors appear to be original, as is most of the car (except newer flathead and juice brakes). Your guidance will be appreciated.

My 32 Coupe (back in 61 and no cowl lights) only had one wiper. Go to the Barn and ask, David G is the 32 go-to guy there. Paul in CT

Two wiper motors? Are they electric or vacuum operated?

The two are the original type vacuum operated motors.
