You might try Cartouche(Mac's). Personally I would seek out a good upholsterer and have the top custom made. You might be able to get the top material from Bill Hirsch who advertises in the V-8 Times.

Try to find a really good auto trim shop. Even a top kit should be installed by a pro, unless you have the equivalent experience. Most tops need to be fitted exactly to operate properly and present the best appearance.
