We have in our collection a 1951 Ford Crestliner that has all the factory chrome and accessories intact. After cleaning and doing some light polishing I noted 4 evenly spaced holes that have been filled with body filler around and above the rear trunk lock and extension. Is there a molding that may be missing or is this trunk lid maybe from a different model?

We figured it may be from a fake Continental kit or Coronado kit and after doing a little due diligence found that is likely the case. Here are a couple of pics another opinion never hurts. There were 6 holes not 4 and after viewing a couple more on line I am sure that's what it was. Thanks so much for the input.
