1- I plan on installing a 39 steering gear, can I use the 35 Pittman arm or do I need a 37 to 41 arm-?
2- I measure 5 inches from the top of the rear axle housing to the bottom of the frame next to the axle bumper to low, new spring or re- arch mine-?
3- 59 AB heads on a 99-T block will they work ok-?

  Pitman arm-

There are three basic steering arms associated with '37-'48 steering gears. Namely, 48-3590, 78A-3590 and 11A-3590. Use your original '35-'36 arm. The other two have configurations that will hit the front wishbone arm or the oil pan.

Note the picture- The '35-'36 arm is shorter and straight. The shorter arm requires a small amount of extra turning effort than the longer arms but, it isn't noticeable.
