On my '41 Ford convertible, there is a dog bone-shaped spacer made of cast iron that fits between the front body mount and the frame. Is there a rubber pad that goes between this spacer and the body or frame? It looks like to me that a rubber spacer placed there would raise the body too much relative to the rest of the body mounts. Any information about this would be much appreciated.
