While every last part including the nuts and bolts had part numbers, only those parts that were stocked for service were listed in the parts catalogues. In many cases those service parts were assemblies or sub-assemblies made up of more than one part. Those constituent parts weren't serviced separately and their part numbers aren't listed separately in the parts catalogs. Your axle housing are a good example of that. The housings, 18-4016 and 18-4017, are but a constituent part of 18-4010 and 18-4011 rear axle housing "assemblies" listed in the parts catalog. (They are listed as assemblies, not simply as housings.) Those are correct for your '33.
