I have just installed a new wood belt rail on my convertible sedan. I see where the top iron attaches but I seem to be missing some hardware or a bracket. I have attached some pictures . Can anyone help me with this. Thanks.

Yes there is another bracket that mounts there. It is the bracket that holds the thumbscrew that lock the top mechanism in place.

Thanks so much I doubt if I can find them but at least I know what I need and can continue with my project. I will also attach a picture of the amount of belt rail exposed above the rear trunk metal to see if it looks about right. Thanks again.

It looks about right. Here is a picture of the rear belt rail when I installed it in my 35.
