Installing the rear fenders on my '48 Ford. Does the welting stop at the top of the running board or go all the way down?? Thanks! Shiny side up! Cecil/WV

The authentic installation was "crude" by most restoration standards. The welting simply was routed past the fender and cut off. It was not folded or otherwise trimmed for appearance. Nope - just "cut off". Mike "Kube" Kubarth
