I have a Gemmer 37-48 Ford steering box that has a part number 30 stamped on the worm gear, and 25 on the sector. I have been unable to identify these parts, and unable to find replacements. Any idea where these parts came from, and what year they are out of? Thanks!

I looked up the worm gear numbers in the Green book on page 94 covering 1928-!948. 24 were listed, but no 30 was shown. Finding sector parts for old vehicles is seldom possible. Most such parts were furnished from outside suppliers, now long gone.
