Check with your state's DMV about whether you will need a title to the frame for licensing purposes. I saw that name and wondered if he had a brother named Jesse. Tom

I was looking for a radio grill a few weeks ago and he would not send me a picture and wanted $195.00 in giift cards instead of a check. His name says a lot. He was insulted that I called him a scammer and wanted a apology. He is still waiting.
