On a 1952 Mainline, how does the center horn cap come off the steering wheel? I don't want to break it by twisting or pulling. Thanks.

I believe that you push down with your palm on the horn button and then twist it to the left. Let up gently so the cap and spring don't hit you.

In addition to what TRJ said, disconnect the battery first so you don't awaken the neighbors while you're going at it... )
