I put a new seals (2), in my steering box sector arm, The sector shaft, w.o. the pitman, has about 2 or 3, 64 ths play; w/ bolts out, turned c.w. (looking up) about 3/8" past bolt slots: play is the same: 2 to 3, 64 ths. That is naturally multiplied at the end of the pitman.
