If I'm not mistaken the parts that you are looking for can be had in reproduction from Carpenter or Drake. You might try Roy Nacewicz, he might have them, his parts are perfect.

With respect, the windshield post in your photo is that of an early and mid-year '35 model phaeton or roadster. The late '35 and '36 posts are quite different with regard to where the wind wing brackets attach and except for the lock nuts on the end of the bracket studs the wind wing brackets have no parts in common.
