38 bumpers aftermarket or original...chrome or stainless...best supplier

Rechromed originals are the best bet as originals are spring steel. If your bumpers are straight rechrome them. The repos are not spring steel. As for suppliers I think the repos are only made by one manufacturer, but sold by various vendors.
