I have a 41 sedan coupe and had to pull the rear window out so the new headliner could be installed. I cut the seal and the glass was on the inside of the meatal lip on the body, is that correct or should it be on the outside ? I'm not sure if that was correct. Should I use a sealer when reinstalling the glass and seal? Any help or ideas on how to put this back in correctly will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Joe

Here is a link to instructions to install the glass in your car. http://www.vanpeltsales.com/FH_web/flathead_drawings_body.htm Check the new seal carefully before installing it.
