Crunch time here on my 41 3/4 pu, and being held up as I have been unable to come up with correct filler neck grommet. Tank is in cab. Filler neck goes through curved part of cab wall, pipe is on upward angle. Hole is oblong, 1.4" wide and 1.9" high. Have tried Mac's, Drake. Steele, Vintique, Carpenter, C & G, as well as many others. So far nothing even close. Any ideas?

Take a look at the filler neck grommet for the 40-48 ford sedan deliveries. It may work. Also look at the filler neck grommet for the 53-56 F-100 pickup or big truck.
