I am looking to upgrade to a more modern tire set up. I have some 15x6 rims on it now with p215/75r15 tires. Can I go up to a 15x7 rim and not have any issues with clearance ? 1946 Ford 1/2 ton Pickup

If you have the stock rear end you should be able to use a 15X7 wheel on the back depending on the back spacing. You will also have enough room to run a tire as big as a 235X75 tire.
