  Hello,
Can anyone help me ID this running board? Wondering what truck it fits?
The Front edge left to right measures 32.5 inches. From front to back it measures 14 inches to the upturn.
Back left to right measures 34.5 inches from farthest point to farthest point.
Thanks!

Rick

Just a guess on my part but I'm guessing big truck. It looks similar to the ones on a '40 1 1/2 ton conventional flatbed but I no longer have the truck so I can't provide any measurements. Might also be from a COE but again just a guess. You night also check over on the Ford Truck Exchange (FTE)

It is a 1940-41 Big Truck (1.5 Ton) running board. These are similar to the 42-47 ones...but the straight edge on the outer front means is it for the 40-41 trucks....where the 42-47 would have a slight curve there to fit the fender profile. Another interesting note is prior to 1946 the bolts were "hidden", in 46 they changed to make the carriage bolt punch through the top surface of the running board.
