One of the two horns mounted in front of radiator, shown in pix with cover removed. Shop manual and my '51 F-1 has trumpet horns mounted under hood like the ones shown in Shop Manual. Note that there is one screw on inner plate which appears to be the current adjustment screw. Anyone know for sure? I am 98% sure these horns are the factory mounted ones. Could this horn have been a car horn? It is a late '49 build . Thanks, Don

does not look like a truck horn at all -it is an accessory.... stock truck horn was painted black and usually a beep horn. they were -mounted next to radiator bell side facing down- vertical.
