Does this carburetor have a throttle?

Yes the trucks do , but NOT the pass ones. On the dash board I assume your talking about. Has a special double bracket attached to the back of the carb to hold choke cable and throttle cable. I have a restored one if you need, real reasonable. ken ct 1-203-260-9780
