Where is the 11A ID number on the !941 distributor?

It is on the end of the distributor shaft next to the tang that engages the groove on the front of the camshaft.

Carcrazy is right, but the 11A distributor advance plate assembly is also a replacement part for earlier distributors going back to 1937. The ID 11A is visible on the end of the tang. The earlier advance plates were identified with a 68 in the same location. There are no other differences between the 1937 and up to 1941 distributors. Alan
