I have a 1948 mercury convertible and live in Custer SD. I really need to look at and take pictures of the top on a car. My car did not have anything left on it except the side rails. There was no front or rear bow. I am thinking of ordering a new top and trying to install it myself. That is why I need to at least see one. I would travel some if any one has one I could look at and take pictures. thanks al

The 46-48 Ford convertible top is very similar to the Mercury top, so if you are a member of the V-8 Club, you can look in your Roster to find a Ford or Mercury near you. Tom
