Anybody heard of this guy? He is trying to sell me parts for my 48 convertible and I am a little nervous.

The g-mail address would the first clue that he could be a scammer .Ask for his phone # and location. Also check the language in his first response and how he wants to be paid for his parts. Also ask if he is a V-8 Club member and see if he is in the roster.. If his responses don't sound right and he fails to give you the requested info then it's a scam. Let us know the results.
